Hot Work Permit Request Permit Request

Submit a Hot Work Permit request if you need to perform fire risk work on, in, or within 10 feet of any of Vassar College's buildings or structures.

A Hot work permit is not required for work 10 feet or further away from any building.

This form must be submitted at least one working day (minimum of 24 hours) before the scheduled work.

By sumitting this request, you are notifing Vassar Facilities Operations that Hot Work requires approval.
