The Grill Permit is for any outdoor Fuel Fired Cooking Device. A separate permit is requried for each device.

If you wish to cook food outside using a device that is designed for that purpose (smoker, propane grill, charcoal grill, wood fired pizza oven, ...) you must get a permit from the College. Permits are good for the academic year and must be renewed at the start of the Fall semester each year.

Be aware that no fires are allowed within 10 feet of any Vassar College building or structure.
